Xã Diễn Bích, huyện Diễn Châu thực hiện giãn cách xã hội từ 18h chiều nay (25/5)

Bắt đầu từ 18h chiều nay 25/5 toàn xã Diễn Bích, huyện Diễn Châu sẽ thực hiện giãn cách xã hội theo tinh thần Chỉ thị 15 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Sáng 25/5, đoàn công tác Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh Nghệ An do PGS.TS Dương Đình Chỉnh – Phó trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh, Giám đốc Sở Y tế Nghệ An dẫn đầu đã có buổi làm việc với Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 huyện Diễn Châu, chỉ đạo triển khai các biện pháp truy vết, khoanh vùng, dập dịch.

Tại buổi làm việc, đại diện Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 huyện Diễn Châu báo cáo nhanh liên quan đến trường hợp bệnh nhân ở xã Diễn Bích sang Lào thì phát hiện dương tính với Covid-19; công tác chuẩn bị, phương án phòng, chống dịch; cũng như đã đề xuất sự chỉ đạo, hỗ trợ của BCĐ phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh.
Theo đó: Vào lúc 14h ngày 24/5, Trung tâm Y tế huyện Diễn Châu tiếp nhận thông tin từ Trạm Y tế xã Diễn Bích có 1 trường hợp mắc Covid-19 sau nhập cảnh sang Lào. Trường hợp này rời khỏi địa phương vào lúc 19h ngày 20/5, lên xe Tuấn Hùng, biển số 27B – 000.73, trên xe có khoảng 30 người. Đến bến xe Điện Biên vào lúc 9h ngày 21/5 và 13h ngày 21/5 thì lên xe của công ty đưa sang Lào qua Cửa khẩu Tây Trang. 23h30 ngày 21/5 sang tới Lào và được cách ly.

Trưa 22/5, trường hợp này được lấy mẫu xét nghiệm, đến khoảng 10 giờ ngày 24/5, được bệnh viện thông báo có kết quả dương tính và được xe chuyên dụng chở về Bệnh viện tỉnh Oudomxay – Lào (trong phòng có 3 trường hợp người Lào cũng dương tính).

Ngay lập tức, huyện Diễn Châu đã tiến hành điều tra, giám sát, cách ly, lấy mẫu. Kết quả điều tra cho thấy, trước khi rời khỏi Nghệ An, trường hợp bệnh nhân này có lịch trình di chuyển khá phức tạp trong nội huyện. Đã xác định được 61 trường hợp F1 có tiếp xúc gần bệnh nhân từ ngày 19- 20/5. Trung tâm Y tế huyện Diễn Châu yêu đã lấy mẫu xét nghiệm gửi Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật tỉnh Nghệ An làm xét nghiệm. Kết quả xét nghiệm lần 1 cả 61 mẫu đều âm tính với Virus SARS-CoV- 2.
Trung tâm Y tế huyện Diễn Châu cũng đã truy vết các trường hợp F2 tiếp xúc các trường F1; tổ chức phun khử khuẩn tại các khu vực bệnh nhân đã tới và các gia đình có trường hợp F1; liên hệ với bệnh nhân để bổ sung điều tra, giám sát tiếp theo; tuyên truyền và hướng dẫn công dân cách ly tại nhà theo quy định…

Phát biểu chỉ đạo tại buổi làm việc, PGS.TS Dương Đình Chỉnh – Phó trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh, Giám đốc Sở Y tế Nghệ An đã ghi nhận, đánh giá cao tinh thần phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 của huyện Diễn Châu.

Tiến sĩ Dương Đình Chỉnh nêu rõ: Mặc dù ca bệnh được phát hiện dương tính tại Lào nhưng Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh vẫn nhận định nguy cơ lây nhiễm đối với những người đã tiếp xúc trước đó với bệnh nhân cũng như trên địa bàn là rất cao.
Giám đốc Sở Y tế yêu cầu: Huyện Diễn Châu cần khẩn trương thành lập điểm cách ly tập trung đối với các trường hợp F1 được xác định có tiếp xúc với ca bệnh từ ngày 15/5 đến nay;  đồng thời, tiếp tục truy vết triệt để các F1, F2 còn lại để xét nghiệm, khoanh vùng kịp thời; tiến hành xét nghiệm đồng loạt cho người dân ở 2 xóm Quyết Thắng, Hải Trung của xã Diễn Bích.
Phó trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 tỉnh Nghệ An cũng yêu cầu huyện Diễn Châu chỉ đạo người dân thực hiện nghiêm khuyến cáo 5K; thực hiện giãn cách xã hội toàn xã Diễn Bích từ 18h chiều nay theo chỉ thị 15 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ; đẩy mạnh công tác truyền thông và cân nhắc phong tỏa cách ly y tế trong trường hợp cần thiết./.
