Vào lúc 23 giờ 25 phút ngày 10/5, Phòng Cảnh sát điều tra tội phạm về ma túy (Công an tỉnh Nghệ An) phát hiện tại căn biệt thự trong khu nghỉ dưỡng ở phường Nghi Hải, thị xã Cửa Lò đang tập trung nhiều đối tượng có biểu hiện nghi vấn tổ chức sử dụng trái phép chất ma túy.

Ảnh: Bình MinhCơ quan Công an đã bắt quả tang 9 đối tượng (4 nam, 5 nữ ) sinh năm từ 1997 đến 1988, đang có hành vi sử dụng trái phép chất ma túy, trong đó có 4 đối tượng trú tại thành phố Vinh, 2 đối tượng trú tại huyện Thanh Chương và tỉnh Hà Tĩnh, 3 đối tượng trú tại thị xã Cửa Lò.
Tại hiện trường, tổ công tác phát hiện, thu giữ 4 gói chất bột màu trắng nghi là ma túy tổng hợp (ketamine) và một số dụng cụ để sử dụng ma túy. Kết quả xét nghiệm cả 9 đối tượng đều dương tính với ma túy.
Quá trình điều tra, bước đầu cơ quan Công an xác định, trong số 9 đối tượng trên có Phạm Thị Quỳnh Hương (SN 1997), trú tại phường Hà Huy Tập, thành phố Hà Tĩnh là người bán số ma túy cho Phan Minh Cường (SN 1988), trú tại phường Lê Mao, thành phố Vinh để tổ chức cho các đối tượng còn lại cùng sử dụng.
Hiện Cơ quan Công an đang tiếp tục củng cố hồ sơ, tài liệu để xử lý các đối tượng theo đúng quy định pháp luật.
